UTR-FA16 Apple Catechin filter is a disposable air filter and shouldn't be washed. The Polyphenol air filter should also not be stored for long periods of time because as the filter ages, it loses the ability to clean the air as effectively.
Replace every three months.
UTR-FA16-2 Negative Air Ion deodorizing filter is to clean it in warm water and mild detergent.
The air filter should not be scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, as this will damage its deodorizing power.
Wash every three months. Replace every three years.
